- The multiplayer co-op mode allows you to play in a team with up to three friends to save lives and, of course, fight fires. Within the team you are free to assume whichever role that suits you most.
- In single player mode, you will experience up close what it means to fight fires in a major US city as the leader of an experienced firefighting team. Thanks to the intuitive command UI, you take control of assigning tasks to your AI colleagues and jump right into the thick of the action yourself.

I purchased this with the hopes of playing it with my friends and family. Unfortunately, when my family tries to start it up, it immediately gives a "fatal error!" message. My family's PC meets the minimum requirements. I have tried verifying the files. I have tried turning off anti-virus (which should NEVER be a requirement to play a game). I have tried running it in compatibility mode. I have tried deleting a particular third-party .dll file that seemed to work for other people. No luck. Even though I can play on my own computer, it is disappointing that I cannot enjoy it with my family.1 found this helpful
