About Flux Caves
Your spaceship has crashed on a foreign planet...and there are many challenges and surprises to overcome!
Fix the energy pipes so that enough fuel can reach your spare spaceship, and you'll be able to fly away.
The goal of Flux Caves is for the player to have a peace of mind at the end of a hard day. In this game, there is no losing or dying; here, you can discover peaceful caves and open-world puzzles, all while listening to soothing music and working your brain muscles.
Game runtime is 180-240 minutes.
The game was made by one developer, Zsolt Várady alias fubenalvo, who developed Flux Caves in his free time. So the result is not perfect, but there's are no known blocker bugs. I hope you will enjoy it! ;)

Flux Caves is a pipe/block placement/pathing game rendered in 3D where you push pipes around to solve various puzzles (so you can fuel up your spaceship and escape, I guess, but who really cares why we do these things?). One important note is that even though this is an amateur project, it does seem to be sincerely and genuinely made. I couldn't find any flipped assets, plagiarism or any other kind of insincere actions from the developer, but unfortunately genuine intentions alone are not enough to produce a brilliant PC gaming experience. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game assets are far from bleeding edge, with lowish polygon counts and somewhat low resolution textures, making this look like it's at least 10 years old. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks poor in comparison to more professionally produced games as a result of their decisions. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game…3 found this helpful
Great game to hop in and solve a couple puzzles at a time. Puzzles don't have too many moving parts, so they aren't overwhelming, but you do you have to move them in the perfect order so its still challenging. And because of that, you need to solve the whole thing in your head first and then act. (Or just use the undo button if you can't brain it out beforehand) But yea, I really enjoyed this game. Perfect level of difficulty imo. I especially liked the outside puzzles because the scenery was pretty. I think I have two puzzles left, so about 4.5 hours of playtime for me. Well worth it if you like puzzle games!1 found this helpful
I've only just started this game but I like what I see so far! Push boxes, compete puzzles, find cake - it's got a rustic Portal 2 feel to it, which I like. Definitely hooked, looking forward to playing more :D
If it wasn't for constatn crashing this game would be great.
You enter a level, quickly look around where all the pipe pieces are supposed to go, and then you spend 10 minutes slowly pushing them to their correct positions. The game is ugly and very buggy. Re-entering a level resets it and locks you out until you've completed it again. I almost got stuck out of bounds, but luckily was able to get back in time so I didn't lose any progress.
Relaxing puzzle game with a much larger world than needed for what it is. You can just go walking in the woods to piano music if you feel like it (I don't recommend that as thrilling gameplay- but you can).
