"Forever Space" is a very poorly made point and click adventure, visual novel heavy, with a sci-fi theme. It's thankfully short, and when the only good thing you can say about a game is that it's short, that's a real problem. Another problem is the way the developer sells this as "This experimental short story is more of an interactive experience than a "game"."... and if they don't themselves think this qualifies as a game, [i]why would they do the wrong thing and publish a non-game in the "Games" section of Steam???[/i] Graphicswise, this has some fairly mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Some of the art looks like it's created using generic "character generator" software or something... it looks bad. The voice acting is worse... yes, awesome games need awesome voice acting (just look at games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Baldur's Gate 3). But bad voice acting doesn't improve anything, it makes thing even worse! Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being reque…

I should start by saying , it's short experience but for a freeware title it's not a bad experience. It is a point and click game but I do like the fact that you don't really need to use an inventory as it's gives you the option to use them when you can, which I actually quite like. I would describe this game as a Sci Fi Thriller in tone and it's a short but interesting story and although I was certain I knew the way the story was unfolding, I was pleasantly surprised to see I was wrong. The graphics are not the games strongest point but they are functional and not awful , they have a Commodore Amiga feel to them and I always had a soft spot for the Amiga. The question is , would I of played for this game, yes I think I would and with a bit polish and more to the story, it could of been a very good game, instead of a good game. Overall a pleasant experience at a price you can't argue with and with a story that ends very abruptly but is still an interesting story. This is what Pinhead do well , interesting but short games, well worth installing

Графика качественная, но требует мощного ПК. Сюжет минимальный, акцент на свободе действий. Минус — сложность в освоении механик для новичков. В целом — отличный выбор для фанатов космической тематики и стратегий.

was not expecting that ending!!! i didnt even expect anything close to it!!! i wont say what the ending is as i dont want to spoil it BUT IT WAS AMAZING!!!
