A great idle game, not the fastest or most active but relaxing and a great concept.

Hard to understand, way too many popups that make no sense, and super slow.

A beautiful, calm, relaxing idle game... if you are into Buddhist teachings. Which I am not. It's the type of game where you feel its designed to scratch a certain type of "itch," but otherwise it's nothing special.

...Most of the negative reviews are either "valid and entirely correct" or "valid but subjectively incorrect". That said, it's a unique take on the idle genre and makes a reasonable amount of thematic sense. Some stuff is frustrating. Unless you accidentally/deliberately break the progression curve, you're forced to toggle between manual and automatic play. Some gameplay mechanics aren't intuitive, or aren't "normal" mechanics. (The core mechanic is "spend energy to do stuff", but each tier of progression within a rebirth adds a complicating factor - one of them is "returning home to recover energy drains progress on the task" - you're supposed to use a different progression mechanic there. The 25 rebirth limit for some achieves isn't a huge issue if you look through achieves and know rebirths are scarce, but there's a lot of ways to squander the advantage. Similarly, as one might expect from a game with a key mechanic called "the path", there's only a finite number of productive approaches that won't lock you out of the 25 rebirth achievements. Personally, I found it worth playing despite the criticisms, but bear in mind that I'm marking it at "is it worth playing through or…
