"我是大房东" is a really poor looking Unity kitbash, basically it's The Sims but with most of the gameplay removed, and just the bits around re-arranging furniture in your virtual doll house left standing. So you know, if you were looking for "The Sims But Much Worse", you've found it. The game looks like it's been slapped together with a few stock asset parts and basic tycoon game components that we're seeing rehashed more and more often as "tycoon asset flips are the new hotness" for amateur developers. What do you do in the game? Just rearrange some Unity assets in basic buildings and pretend you're a Chinese landlord. Weirdly they forgot to include the social credit score stuff, which would make sense I suppose because people are just going to talk about freeing Tibet, Tianenmen Square and all that kind of stuff. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. I'm not sure if this is an asset flip, but it's one of those cases where the assets just look much better than the rest of the quality of the game... a glaring inconsistency.
