The game is based around playing coop with other people, unfortunately there are no AI teammates like in "Vermintide" games and player cannot swap between characters during the mission, because there are specific areas that are meant for each character to open them up for lootable chests. Sadly, the game is so tightly linear that there is no point even trying to find something hidden because you might accidentally step into cutscene area that afterwards prevents you from going back and look for collectables, yes, indeed there are some collectables in this game and since linearity ruins the so called exploration in it, the question is "why the hell even you added collectables?" Combat rating system is utter crap and should not even exist here, because your progress level ups are based on how good you can fight enemies, and dear Lord if you take single hit from enemies or in worst case die, your pre-gained gold will be taken away after mission is done. I like the setting though.9 found this helpful
The entire game feels cheaply-made, hallow, and lackluster as hell, which is a shame because the concept of a medieval-steampunk world could've been quite neat. Unfortunately, the story is juvenile, the writing is poor, the characters' personalities are lame, the jokes are lame, the pacing is occasionally nonsensical, the animations are okay but inconsistent, the combat is okay but feels lackluster because it lacks that oomph, and honestly the only good thing I can say about it are the graphics. If this were an indie game, I'd be more lenient, but it was a AA+ title with a sizable budget and there's just too much foundationally wrong with the game to praise it for anything, especially when some indie games can feel better made than this. Overall, I would not recommend this game unless it's like $5 at most, you like DMC-like ripoffs, and/or you like playing bad games (which is the reason I got it).5 found this helpful
D for DULL! and F for FAIL! ridiculous rating system.. where the archer has to melee to get more than a 'D'...1 found this helpful
It's a decent action adventure game with a unique robin hood back drop. Way too easy even on solo. It soft locked on act 2 mission 2 and nothing i did allowed me to progress. If you can get it on a sale it's fun.1 found this helpful
