About Getting Stronger
Gameplay:
Flash-like Get-Shred PlatformingWe need to go up, and the environment is against you! One mistake and you'll find yourself shred to pieces. The good thing is that you can't die, the bad thing? It still hurts. A lot.- Hold jump to charge and release to leap upwards
- You need to become stronger!
- The longer you charge the jump, the harder you'll fly
- All progress is auto-saved
- Hard (and addictive?) gameplay
- Get your loved one back!
Atmosphere:
Getting Stronger is featured with a dark soundtrack. Combined to the dark atmosphere of the levels, it'll offer thrilling platforming for hours.- Hand drawn graphics
- Original soundtrack
- High-definition ambiences to keep you on your toes

Frustrating. But I couldn't stop. Is there more?
Hardcore platforming with great feel
If you want to lend a hand, you can follow my curator page here: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/28368700-Annoying-Accent-Reviews/ As is usual with this project, none of the games are anything special; most are just concepts. Getting Stronger is a platformer that attempts to introduce a few mechanics designed to hinder direct progression, occasionally managing to appear more complex than it actually is. The novelty of this entry is the inclusion of a story, which could lead to a sequel. We’ll see in the future. The downside is, without a doubt, the fact that our character sticks to certain parts of the walls where he should be sliding from. As the game is short, we do get used to it, but it shouldn’t happen. At this price point, it is well worth it. Score: 7/10
This is the best game so far from the 24 games series. I like the unique jumping mechanic and challenging levels. Would've played longer if there were more levels.
Getting stronger grows on you. I'm interested about learning more about the story. That motivates me to continue playing. The game is hard. Hard jumps, and skill required. Platforming is hard.
Pretty nice and addictive game which makes you angry but still wanna try one more time. I didn't know I like this kind of games before playing Getting Stronger
