Grater is yet another of literally thousands of retro platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This one at least it's 2D retro pixel garbage, it's 3D rendered (badly) and it looks a bit like the robot you control might be an asset flip. Anyway it's a puzzle platformer and you jump around platformers, toggling switches, avoiding hazards, etc etc, it's been done thousands of times (I've reviewed over 1,500 platformers on Steam already and they just keep coming). Apart from the ever so slightly better than most garbage platformers graphics here, there's nothing remarkable or distinguishing about this. But at least it's sincerely made, and not some kind of asset flip or other scam. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision.
