Gravity Quest is a short, minimalist first-person maze game with a gravity-flipping gimmick that can be completed in under an hour, which appeals to players seeking a brief, low-commitment experience. Players appreciate its calming atmosphere and affordable price point, though many criticize it as shallow shovelware with insufficient content, dated technical presentation, and awkward collision mechanics that feel unpolished compared to similar games in the genre. The game's brevity is simultaneously its main selling point for some and a major complaint for others expecting more substance.
Short maze-like puzzle game that's bound to make you a little dizzy and confused. I like when these type of games don't take ages to beat. Despite what the store page says, there are no trading cards so keep that in mind.23 found this helpful
Gravity Quest is another bit of Russian shovelware, this time a minimalist 3D first person maze game. There's one gimmick, gravity reverse pads occasionally, so sometimes you need to finish the maze upside down. Or whatever. There's not much of interest to gamers here, there's many better entries in a somewhat weak genre. The game is very very short and can be finished in 30 minutes. Developers have at least some responsibility to provide enough content to make a game last more than 2 hours if they're serious about providing something of value to gamers. There's less content here than some free game demos. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. One huge problem, for me, the developer decided my monitor is 1920x2160 (!??!?!), so the game appears in mobile phone pillarboxed ratio, and that can't be changed. I suspect that will be a problem for many other gamers as well. This is why it's crucial developers must never decide they know more about hardware than the gamers do, because this is proof they don't. Gamers must always be able to set their own custom game properties, resolution and so on. …2 found this helpful
Gravity Quest is a small-scale puzzle adventure developed and published by Light Road Games that centers its entire identity around spatial exploration in a gravity-defying maze environment. Rather than chasing complexity or narrative ambition, the game commits to a focused concept: guiding the player through interconnected 3D labyrinths where orientation and perspective matter more than speed or precision. From the outset, it presents itself as a relaxed, almost dreamlike journey through handcrafted fantasy worlds, each built around the idea that gravity is fluid and pathways are not always what they first appear to be. The core gameplay revolves around navigating compact 3D mazes suspended in stylized environments. Movement is smooth and unhurried, encouraging players to observe the architecture carefully rather than rush toward objectives. The defining mechanic involves rotating sections of the maze or shifting perspective to reveal new routes. Because traditional up-and-down orientation is less rigid, players are often required to rethink spatial relationships and consider how pathways connect from unconventional angles. This mechanic gives the game a distinctive identity, as …

There are 12 short paths to wander through, first 7 are pretty linear, then the last few are a little tricky. Finish it in under an hour. Calming music walking-simulator with tranquil backgrounds. For $1 i can't complain. Unlike most games where you just slide along boundaries when you hit them, here you get stuck and stop moving on touching the footpath edge.
good if you're not sober
