Overall is very good! You can find more detail as deeply as you play. the sense of shooting and hitting zombies is really great. Urban legend part is kind of unique and interesting, never saw a game like this. This is absolute amazing as one developer.

This is an interesting game with a strong core idea. The visuals are quite pleasant, and the game genuinely feels scary — the horror tag is well deserved. Enemies are creepy, especially because of their sound design. At times I really felt tense and uneasy, which works great for this genre. That said, some core systems still need more polish. In its current state, mechanics like looting, shooting, and overall combat feedback feel rough and can be frustrating. These are fundamental parts of the experience, and improving them would significantly raise the game’s quality. Overall, the game shows a lot of potential and already has a solid atmosphere and identity. With further refinement of its core gameplay systems, this could become a very strong PvP/PvE horror experience

The core idea has real potential, and with continued updates and refinement, this could grow into a much stronger survival horror title. The developer is actively listening to feedback, which is always a good sign for early-stage or evolving projects. If you enjoy challenging survival horror games, don’t mind some rough edges, and like supporting indie developers with clear passion behind their work, Grotesque Realm is worth keeping an eye on.

The overall atmosphere of the game is quite good. However, the weapon crosshair is a bit small, making aiming somewhat difficult. When using a handgun, the crosshair drifts significantly. It would be great if the in-game ESC settings could include options to adjust volume, mouse sensitivity, and graphics after starting the game. Looking forward to future updates and optimizations.
