Battle supernatural horrors and a shadowy secret society in massive three-way wars where dynamic environments collapse around you as civilization tears itself apart at the seams.

All creatures of ancient myth, legend and lore are real — they've just been sealed away for thousands of years inside Pandora's Box, waiting...
When a thief named Deckard is hired to steal an ancient artifact, he unwittingly triggers a war between man and myth.
Griffons rule the skies, Werewolves tear the innocent limb from limb and cities are held under siege as creatures we'd dismissed as imaginings of our ancestors prove to be very real and very angry for being held prisoner for untold millennia.
As the only person able to return these creatures to the box, Deckard finds that he must work with a shadowy secret society to save civilization before it is torn apart by tooth and claw.

This game is a buggy, unwieldly mess. Aside from hitboxes being awful and your targeting reticle giving you false positives on being able to damage targets, you constantly get caught on ankle-high barriers or terrain well below your field of view. To top it all off, if you manage to slog through the repetitive gameplay, uninspired design choices and story that fail to live up to its premise, the final elevator for the "dramatic" finish will glitch you out through the floor and render you unable to actually complete the game.

Crap Game. Been wanting to play this for over an decade since I first played the demo on the xbox 360. It feels like an asset flip that just manages to turn on. The main character is generic as heck with no personality, there is a bare bones story other than go here & kill stuff while everyone else does the fun stuff. There are no upgrades, no levels, no power ups. The game balance gets worse as you go on, and you are punished for using certain weapons. There is a flaming mob that explodes and causes damage if you kill it up front. There are boss battles, like the Kraken, where the enemy soldiers get in the way detracting from the experience. You got an majestic titan of a monster, and I have to spend time making sure that the generic evil soldiers did not respawn. The werewolves are balanced enough & give you a jump scare at times that gets cut when they are place with the evil soldiers, taking you out of the urgency as bullets enter your body. The final level takes the cake. You are in an area where you have to travel to three power nodes and overload them. You deal with a bunch of soldiers AND infinitely spawning werewolves. Werewolves only die when you destroy their heads.…

A very mediocre late 2000s shooter. Having to decapitate the werewolves so they don't regenerate is a cool idea. The game itself is not fleshed out at all. You get a few different kinds of guns. None of them really feel that different other than the shotgun and flamethrower. The story is not fleshed out at all. There are a few set pieces to navigate but they aren't really connected and what story you do get is pretty forgettable. It is a product of its' time. If nothing else, it's an interesting time capsule. It's worth fifty cents when it goes on sale.

I'm sure many others have said the same thing but this is a good, pretty unique concept that wasn't executed too well. While it's not a particularly good game, it's certainly not the worst thing I've ever played either. It's worth a try if you're interested especially since it's incredibly cheap on sale and it's a pretty short game (took me less than 5 hours to beat it on hard mode) so it's not a huge time investment or anything either. Even with all the mythological creatures in the game that sets it apart, the gameplay is still pretty standard 7th gen console shooter stuff similar to a Call of Duty campaign. There's plenty of basic human soldier enemies but as for the monsters you'll mostly be fighting werewolves which are pretty basic but serviceable enemies, and these poltergeist-like ghosts called nari that throw objects at you, but they're more of a nuisance than they are a threat. I liked fighting the minotaurs the most, it's cool how they'll smash through walls and other objects chasing after you, and since the running-jump is so fast for some reason you can use it as a kind of dodge to avoid their attacks. There are some genuinely cool set-pieces and it usually does a go…

the game takes like 5 hours to beat on normal and if u see the trailer u have seen it all theres only like 4 animals and they mostly just spam werewolves, the story is lame and u cant even finish it bc of the elevator floor dissapearing before the last stage, the gunplay and movement is also terrible and the human enemies take between 10-2 auto bullets to kill and since u cant aim without blocking everything and messing up the mouse sens theres pretty much no headshots overall the game is not worth any money let alone a few hours of your day.
