About Guilty Parade

Guilty Parade is an interactive Visual Novel with Point & Click elements. The full game consists of five episodes. The first one is presented in the free demo version (3+ hours of play). Currently, there are 4 episodes (about 20+ hours of play). Episodes 3-5 will be out as paid DLCs.

You wake up in a completely unfamiliar place without any memories of yourself surrounded by hostile soldiers. What is that like?

The male protagonist gets a nickname Nemo and is forced to investigate a cruel crime in exchange for the Commander’s patronage. To solve the case, he joins the elite squad of soldiers and he needs to get the trust of his comrades in order to find the culprit. However, what if the murder hides even more secrets and solved mysteries will only raise new questions? Will his new comrades become his companions or enemies?

Nemo. A guy with amnesia. Under the Commander’s protection, he joins a squad of young soldiers to spy and then investigate a crime.
Lien. A child of war. He leads a completely different life in fear of being killed by black apostates and with desire to avenge the death of a dear person.

In Guilty Parade, you can make important decisions and move independently around the camp, interact with objects and characters.

I am not sure how there are so many positive reviews, the story starts out fine for the first 10 seconds and then it's just the worst kind of anime cringe from there on out, I had to stop in the middle of episode 2 because I can only tolerate so much cringe. "It gets better" isn't going to get people through half a story that is bad.

I remember trying this game out 6 years ago on GameJolt. It had a really interesting concept and story back then and I really wanted more for a long time. I have pirated the game before and later on bought the collection on Steam. The story has progressed quite a bit and I have not been disappointed yet.

Long overdue review, but I still wanted to comment ! GP is genuinely one of the coolest visual novels I've had the chance of playing, the concept and storybuilding, as well as all the characters and immersion is super well planned and executed. I definitely recommend this one, and I'm so glad to have been here to witness it's release and every update that was to come, very well done! found this game by chance while scrolling the store, but I am so glad I did so. Hope to see more from the devs sometime in the future.
