About Harmony Overture
In Harmony Overture, there was once a world that was split into two half's, the top half known as Caesura and the bottom half known as Legato. Caesura has banned all music while Legato stayed alive by thriving on music. However the people of Caesura didn't enjoy that fact and are trying their very best to stop Legato from spreading their music. Play as Melody, the leader of a band known as Forte, fight back against monster, bandits, and the troops of Caesura and rise to the top and bring back music and harmony to the entire world!
Before I played Harmony Overture, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Gotta say I had a blast. Waiting patiently and expectantly for the next release
I just want to say that I have barely played this game for that much so all that is written in this review might no longer apply to the later stages of the game so take this with a pinch of salt. I wouldn't say that it is a horrible game however it is pretty lackluster. It doesn't have any sound effects, all projectiles deal the same amount of damage, are poorly cut and just kind of act the same. Some enemies are ridiculously much harder than others and I have seen a few of these sprites in other games. That either tells me that they just stole some sprites or those sprites are free ones that anyone can use which is better but not by much. The textures are definitely cool though but if the textures aren't made by sleppy squirrel studios then that doesn't really matter. All and all I think the game has potential but as it currently stands it lacks a lot like sound effects, enemy variation, boss variation and balancing so I can't really recommend it.
