About Hexrogue
"Hexrogue" is a turn-based strategy roguelike game where you need to survive on a hex board that changes every time you play.
Strategy
Players can consume Action Points (AP) of a limited amount each turn to perform various actions such as "move," "attack," and "build."
Fill the board with necessary buildings such as "villages" that automatically attack enemies, "mines" or "plantation" that produce resources every turn, "workshops" for crafting equipment, and defeat enemies that appear each turn. Let's conquer the island.
Class
Select one class from three to play. Each class will have different abilities and play style.
Growth
Defeat enemies to level up, through which you can get powerful Perks.
Perks appear randomly and it is up to you what to choose. The combination of Perks is essential in the game.
Randomness
Everything from the map to enemies, dropped equipment, Perk options are randomized. Each run is a new challenge.
Power-ups
You can purchase various power-ups with coins to help you progress faster or change the play style according to your preference. Coins are earned each run you play even if it fails.

Very interesting game that mixes a bit of 4X with wave survival roguelike. You play in a single screen map, controling a hero that can not only fight enemies but also build buildings around the map to harvest resources, purchase items or help you fight. Every so often new spawn portals appear and block tiles around the map, which could be your own villages and farms, preventing them from working and anyone from entering the blocked tile until you destroy the portals, which also happen to spawn new enemies periodically. At 24 turn intervals, bosses also spawn, being somewhat distinct to fight compared to one another. Very addictive and pretty fun but be sure to turn off the soundtrack and play your own music.2 found this helpful
Fun little game, I fr bought this cuz it had a similar concept to an old roblox game i used to play. But the gameplay is pretty fun and unique. It also includes a funky wunky soundtrack

yeah okay! Room for improvement though. Rating 5/10 I recommend getting it on sale like I did.
Cute and different. It just feels a bit slow, too many animations for everything waste a bit too much time.
