It is indeed a speedrun game, it is questionably a metroidvania, it is assuredly infuriating. I enjoy the surreal and nonsensical world design but it makes for unsatisfying gameplay and the inconsistent collisions and hitboxes are intolerable to the point it is not worth enduring. Sorry Roman, but this blows.13 found this helpful
Groundbraking experience with 80s/early 90s retro game design brought to the next level. The classic gameplay with its funny character is a throwback in the good old days of european indie game design, but combined with modern improvements that make sense.7 found this helpful

I unfortunately cannot recommend trying this game. The music and art assets on their own are fine but there is nothing here I want to see improved that wouldn't just require being stripped out and replaced entirely. The level design sucks, I can see attempts to make it clear but it's not fun to navigate, or execute the platforming. It's mercifully short from what I saw, I don't want to finish it in it's current state. Not even a good attempt, in spite of the ambition from a game creator who has only made very short condensed experiences before. Assuming you know what you're doing.4 found this helpful
