Hospital 666 is a horror game where you navigate an endless hospital by choosing elevators to escape, scanning each floor for anomalies and deciding whether to push forward or turn back. With over 100 uniquely unsettling floors, 85 distinct anomalies, and nightmarish encounters to survive, you'll need sharp observation skills and quick reflexes to reach floor 666 alone or with up to three friends in online co-op.
You can only use the front or rear elevator to escape.

Hospital 666 is a horror game inspired by Exit 8, Escape the Backrooms, SCP Foundation and many horror movies.
You need to escape this abnormal hospital.
Choose the forward or backward elevator according to whether there is an abnormaly or not.
You will walk into different rooms and encounter different anomalies.
Some monsters may chasing you along the way, and you need to find a suitable way to escape from them.

I played it with my friend Gaia, and we had so much fun trying to survive all the weird, creepy, and chaotic things this game throws at you. ⋆˚꩜｡ The gameplay is all about moving through different hospital rooms, paying attention to what changes, choosing the right path, and trying not to get completely thrown off by the strange things happening around you. It keeps you on edge because you never fully know what the next room is going to do. ✧ Playing this with someone else made it even better. There were so many moments of panic, confusion, and pure screams. One second we were trying to focus, and the next we were yelling because something creepy showed up or something felt very wrong. ˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ I really liked how unpredictable it felt. The hospital setting already gives creepy vibes, but the game makes it feel even more unsettling with all the strange events and surprises. ⟡ Overall, Hospital 666 is chaotic, creepy, funny, and super fun with a friend. If you like horror games that make you scream, question everything, and laugh through the panic, this one is worth playing. ✨
