Игра "Hot Squat" — необычный подход к фитнесу! Она сочетает юмор и геймификацию, мотивируя делать приседания через таймеры, достижения и смешные анимации. Интерфейс простой, но цепляющий: каждый подход сопровождается веселыми комментариями. Подходит для новичков и тех, кто хочет разнообразить тренировки. Однако отсутствие сложных уровней и ограниченный выбор режимов могут наскучить. В целом — весело и эффективно для коротких тренировок.

Playing Hot Squat is like the ten years I spent in Louisiana State Penitentiary. Hands must be visible at all times, the gym is at max capacity, and you'll be walking funny for the first week until you get used to it.
Amazing, as the title entails. Hot Squats. Strong Glutes for life!
