Here's my honest review of this game. I personally really enjoyed this game, I still have a few more achievements to get, but after that, I will have completely finished the game. The game is very quick paced. Between making pizzas and managing the dark web, you must keep a good balance, or your bar tips into too shady or too clean. This game is pretty difficult and slow paced by yourself, but when you play with one or more friends, it becomes really fast paced. There is a lot of very fun story lines and characters, some very recognizable ones I should mention. Although there isn't many town missions, you get a lot of shady customers to add onto the missing shady storyline. The pizza making is very fun, and pretty quick. Once you unlock all of the pizza types, it does get a little hectic. I wish the game would add the ability to make custom pizzas though. Although it is a very short game, I do HIGHLY recommend this game for a group of friends or even a couple. GAMEPLAY: 8/10 Pros: - Fun to play with friends - There's a lot to do in the beginning of the game - The characters have funny lines - The pizza part progresses is pretty quick Cons: -A LOT of…1 found this helpful
It's a fun team game but a bit grindy. The fun is in figuring out how to make the pizzas faster and investing into the passive income routes. The design aspect is cool because you can build a pretty efficient kitchen that looks the way you want it to. Object placement is a hassle at times but you'll figure it out. I thought it was fun! ( We made over 2 Million Dollars too! )
very addictive
After spending 37+ hours with I Know a Guy: Shady Life Simulator, I can honestly say I had a great time. The beginning of the game is especially engaging, with plenty of front store and shady orders to complete, giving you a constant sense of progression. My biggest issue comes later in the game. Once you've completed the missions for the people around town, there isn't much left to do besides waiting for shady customers to appear. Progress starts to slow down significantly, and it can feel like you're just standing around waiting to level up and earn enough money. One improvement I'd really like to see is a slightly higher rate of shady customers visiting the shop. I'm not asking for the place to be packed like the pizza store, but having customers come in a bit more frequently would make the late game feel much more rewarding. Right now, it's difficult to level up the shady business path, which also delays unlocking upgrades like additional Bitcoin miners. By the time the town missions are finished, you're often still under-leveled for the next major upgrades. Overall, I really enjoyed the game and definitely got my money's worth. The core gameplay loop is fun and addictive—I …
