[h3]This visual novel makes it very clear that it is making fun of the tsundere trope.[/h3] The visual novel is VERY short, it even says on the store page that it's "a short 30-minute romance story." The story is almost nonexistent, and it's just a vehicle for the obvious parody with some fourth wall breaks, so being short can be considered one of its strengths as any problem's I had are just nitpicks that were trivialized by the short runtime. A good VN to play if you have at least 30 minutes, and a good example of why mutually enjoying talking to other people is important.

I think theres a good visual novel in this idea. unfortunately, despite the great voice acting, the visuals and the general aesthetics, the story falls very flat. This is a parody, but nothing is fleshed out enough, in character or plot or prose, to make it meaningfully funny. It reads like an outline, not a full story. None the less, if there is better writing in the future, there is promise. The idea is good, the execution is unfortunately a bunder

Okay, the title alone got me curious 😂 The whole “date a background character instead” idea is actually pretty funny, and I enjoyed seeing where the story goes. Cute characters, fun dialogue and a surprisingly entertaining premise. A nice little VN to play when you just want something light and funny.
