Players appreciate the core concept of blending Factorio-style automation with idle game mechanics, but feel the execution falls short in several areas. Common complaints include awkward controls that cause accidental placements, a lack of depth in upgrade systems (relying on generic percentage boosts), initial progression being bogged down by excessive waiting for resources, poor audio design, and insufficient tutorial/UI clarity. Some players see potential if the game is expanded with more material variety and better polish, while others who enjoy the prestige mechanic find it offers a few h
I like the idea of combining factorio and classic idle game structure but this unfortunatly doesn't succeed at it. The controls are weird, so I ended up placing things accidentally very often. Everything is very expensive so even during the first 5 mins of gameplay youre already waiting doing nothing just to save up enough resources to place things. The upgrades are very one dimensional, I feel like this is really where there was potential to turn this into an awesome game but simple percentage upgrades are a bit generic. Also the game feels rather hollow due to a lack of interesting sound design.4 found this helpful
The game was okay, but definitely felt much too small... For both an automation based game, AND for an idle game. If the dev takes the current premise, and scales it up to maybe 2-4 times the material options, then it would have better mileage.2 found this helpful
Its a good first level, but needs more depth. Not worth paying for yet.2 found this helpful
Terrible controls and the colour scheme makes it difficult to make out what's what. Desperately needs a tutorial. Feels like a poor attempt to jump on the shapes/ factorio bandwagon1 found this helpful
I always love any factory type, and idle. so very cool :-)1 found this helpful
It's a good little game to throw a few hours at. I think it gets fun after the first or second prestige when going for the do not dismantle anything achievement. For sure needs a bit more polish and some things that need to be tweaked still I think. My only real complaint is that by the time I set up my 4x motor assemblers, I already have enough money to prestige. And I think a "Sell all items" button would be very very nice. Overall, I enjoyed the time I spent on this. I'd say if pick it up if you're even a little interested, and at $5? I think that is totally fair. Support indie devs!
