This game is a lot of fun. Not a huge fan of bullet hells normally, but this game hits the serotonin center of my brain so hard I find myself needing "just one more run" when I play. A few highlights of the game for me: - The controls are smooth and feel natural, especially with a controller (works well with a keyboard too). - The enemy attack patterns are interesting and engaging, especially on harder difficulty settings, making you have to think about what you're doing on any given level. - The different ships, weapons, and level-up powerups you get are all super fun to use, and there's a satisfying "look at the things I've unlocked" menu you can look at between runs to follow your progress. - The energy mechanic used to power your weapons and shields adds an on-the-fly strategic element I really enjoy (Gotta weigh how much shield you need compared to weapon power before a boss!) You can't go wrong giving this game a go. Well worth the price for hours of engaging gameplay!1 found this helpful
