sadly cant reach stable even 30 fps with lowering res and lowest graphics. is it unfair to not recommend this game?

This game is not worth trying to play. Optimization is REALLY bad, 24 FPS with graphics settings bottomed out. The tutorial only explains the UI before dropping you with no more context clues on what to do. I found resources, but didn't immediately see anything I could do with them. After roaming for a bit, I found that the UI element for oxygen the tutorial had told me would exist didn't, and eventually drowned while using oxygen plants. This game has been on steam for years, and it seems like the developer has dropped this project for a different game.

controls are iffy at best, graphics are mearly OK, cannot seem to turn off the weird afterimage effect when giving a thumbs up... some controls/buttons need to be permanently dissabled for client side (fly/ghost mode and screen space display info. for example)... currently if you change keybindings the keybindings fail completely (or if you try to use the same button for two actions that would make sense interact and exit vehicle for example). tutorial is saverely lacking... a wall of text and dialogue do not a tutorial make. the game does have potential but it needs to have a MASSIVE amount of work done... it is free so...

Sorry but after doing this for certain amount of time over the course of many months i still cant get past the main menu overlay when starting a new game. A shame since I was looking forward of the overlay being fixed after some time and actually play the game. Did get a glimpse of the gameplay before the bug of that stuck main menu UI and it is a good game with promise but yeah cant do it anymore.

the game has huge potencial but, still needs a lot of debuging and aslo optimalizations. So I wish you luck and lot of reached goals

had to look online what coral fragments look like. the mushroom rocks stuck on walls incase your wondering. cant fight back the animals that attack yet. i hope i can kill that thing on start island eventually. water looks bad when swimming on surface
