Isekai Rondo

Plays like a mobile game. Way too easy because you apparently get end game stuff right at the start. Dialogue is clunky, clearly not translated by a native English Speaker.

A game this basic has no right to be this enjoyable. Mechanically - nothing special Story - pretty decent Soundtrack - really good Graphics - fantastic Enjoyed it start to finish, never had a moment where I felt bored and needing to put it down to play something else. It won't enter the history books as a cult classic, but for a nice indie JRPG - great job there Exe Create!

Just got all the achievements for the game i liked the game i've seen a lot of Isekai anime but never a game and i think it does great in video game format i think with some more improvements in future games you got a wining formula for games and i liked the story for it and all the bad ends you can get so i recommend if you like rpg games and isekai storys to play this game hopw to see more games like this

As an isekai enjoyer, even if isekai IRL doesn't exist, I'm still liking the story so far... Edit after hours of gameplay: The story is meh, I'd rather read a trash manga with overworked MC trying to gain a slow life than this lol. The story is not worth it 1/5, but a bit fun with Shaw/MC and Viola. The story is linear. It tried to become more comedic but it fell too short with the rest of the other characters. If I were to compare Isekai Rondo to the past series like the Asdivine series, Isekai Rondo fell to the bottom. If Isekai Rondo was 20-35/100. Asdivine series goes like 95-100/100. Very good RPG, with an interesting story and interesting characters. The protagonist may not be as strong in combat as the story makes him out to be (there's a slight ludonarrative dissonance regarding him), but at least he also has some good support skills. Overall this is a very enjoyable rpg that also respects your time, with several qol mechanics, like the ability to immediately go back to any quest-giver, just by clicking a button.

I'm gonna be frank. I dunno what the other people are doing, but it probably involves using the unreasonably good gear well before you need it. Quite frankly, you don't need to play on the highest difficulty to have any challenge. You can probably get it on any difficulty more comfortably than on the highest difficulty. Step 1: use reasonable gear. None of that P2W gear till bosses start getting tanky enough to require it. If you balance around common mobs being difficult, bosses will be a slog. You can probably stop holding back around the 4th dungeon on the highest difficulty. Feed most of your perma stat increases to your foodie once you have her. She will get more stats than others, especially from fruits. That doesn't mean DON'T give them to the others, but she's gonna be your strongest character most likely. Step 2: Use your free P2W currency for QoL upgrades, not damage ones. That means buff your rare droprates, unlock free fruit drops, unlock free upgrade drops, and buy the item that gives x2 droprates once, etc. x2 exp/pp are also a reasonable "investment", as then you'll keep up for longer.
