About Japanese Rural Life Adventure
Japanese Rural Life Adventure is a relaxing slow-life simulation where you can experience the charm of traditional Japanese countryside living, all in a beautifully crafted pixel-art world.
◆Live in the Japanese countryside surrounded by nature.
Fix up an old house, make the yard nice, grow your own crops, and become self-sufficient. View the cherry blossoms in the spring;attend the festival in the summer;eat roasted sweet potatoes in the fall; hear the temple bell ring in winter, and then it's time for the first shrine visit of the New Year.◆Self-Sufficiency: Hard Work, Deep Flavor
Rice --- the essential source of energy for the people in Japan.Salt, soy sauce, miso ---- seasonings no Japanese kitchen can do without. In this countryside, many things city dwellers take for granted must be made by hand.By standing in the kitchen or cooking around the traditional irori hearth of your heritage home, you can simulate preparing a wide variety of dishes and seasonings.Food made through your own effort tastes extra special.Don't be surprised if the game makes you hungry!◆Bring back life to the village through various events
Many events unfold depending on the season, location, and time of day.A villager might ask you to repair an old waterwheel,or to help reopen a shuttered candy shop.Strengthen your relationships with the locals and restore the liveliness the village once had.As you complete requests and interact with the villagers, you may earn useful items or unlock new areas to explore.■Game Features
- Grow crops, gather materials, and produce goods to gradually improve your heritage home.- Enjoy a wide variety of activities, including fishing and bug catching.- Meet many villagers in your new hometown, help them with their troubles, and complete missions to open up new areas.- Over 100 hours of total playtime packed with numerous in-game missions.■Game System
Your journey begins as the protagonist, a newcomer from the city, starts a solitary life in an old countryside house.Start by clearing the overgrown weeds, cleaning the floors, and repairing the "shoji" paper screens.By the time you've completed the tutorial, you'll have learned the basics of village life. Each morning, an elderly woman visits to sell daily necessities, and each afternoon, a man arrives to buy items you no longer need. Buy and sell goods as you steadily gather everything required to thrive in the village and complete your missions. What Steam players say

don't waste your cash on this game it's not worth the price at all It's super boring with zero content I abandoned it ages ago and couldn't even stand it for more than two hours I truly regret getting it Honestly if I lose my sanity it's because of this game I regret not refunding it back then I thought I'd give it a chance but ew2 found this helpful

I’ve started enjoying this game—it’s a great project. Thanks for adding Arabic support. We hope you’ll work on promoting the game among Arab YouTubers and influencers so more people can discover it, my friend. I also hope you’ll make the game available on the Violet platform so we can own it outright—that way I can buy it again and own it completely. It’s not my habit to buy on Steam, but I haven’t found any other platform that offers the game.
This game can be frustrating in slight ways, but it is addicting. It's like Stardew Valley, but better. Stardew Valley has so many things to keep up with. Even some things being referred to in a different language it has a lot of guides and tips online. The two most frustrating things are fishing and going to go do something all the way away from the house and not having all the materials. I wish the fishing was more consistent and apparent where each fish spawned and what fish is in the body of water. When you go and do a "building" task or something that involves gathering materials, I wish it told you how many materials you need for the whole project and how much it will cost. Other than that I love how relaxing this game is in other aspects. Highly recommend if you love pixel graphics and gameplay like Stardew Valley.
