About Everglen
Escape to a cozy pixel world where you can farm, fish, and explore a charming island full of secrets. Grow over 20 different crops, chop trees, and mine for resources. Get to know several unique NPCs, each with their own backstory, quests, and mysteries to uncover.The game is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Whether you want to min-max your earnings and climb the gold-earned leaderboard, or simply enjoy the soundtrack and search for easter eggs hidden around the island. Build your farm, meet unique NPCs, and shape your own adventure at a relaxing pace.The game was solo developed by me, including the soundtrack.

I wanted to play something in the vein of [i]Stardew Valley[/i], but I just didn’t have the time for a massive hundred-hour commitment. [i]Everglen[/i] scratched that exact itch. It’s cute, minimalistic, and features very simple mechanics. Best of all, you can finish the entire game and grab all the achievements in about 3 hours. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3757313338 It delivers exactly what you expect from a cozy game, but with the mechanics stripped down to the absolute essentials. There is no day and night cycle, and there is no energy bar to limit you in your actions. Since you don't need to sleep, you can just keep working indefinitely. Whether you are chopping trees, mining iron and gold, fishing, or planting crops, everything is designed to be super casual and easy. It rains so often that you rarely even need to use your watering can. Resources respawn incredibly fast, too. Trees grow back in mere minutes. Minerals spawn in batches of 5 or 6, and by the time you clear the last node, the first one has already regenerated, so you can mine in a continuous loop. This is a very chill farming game. Do what you want at your own pace. Earn lots of coins for a friendly competition on the leaderboard. Also there is no day/night cycle and I like that 👍🏻👍🏻2 found this helpful
