Indie twin-stick shooter game (top-down view) where you control your character from a top-down perspective and constantly shoot at approaching enemies ✅Very good, electric soundtrack ✅Good graphics and bomb effects ✅Bosses ✅Very fast-paced and dynamic gameplay ✅9 weapon types ❌Poor camera controls ❌Lack of checkpoints ❌Poor enemy variety ❌The game is quite difficult, especially since there are no save games; once you die, you have to replay the level ❌The price doesnt reflect the game's content ❌❌ Verdict: [strike] Very Bad [/strike] , [strike] Bad [/strike] , [b] Average [/b] ,[strike] Decent [/strike] , [strike] Good [/strike] , [strike] Very Good [/strike] (Rating scale for tested games) If you have any questions about my reviews, feel free to ask. JASEM: Just Another Shooter with Electronic Music, developed and published by Stas Shostak, is a stripped-down twin-stick shooter that embraces its simplicity with complete transparency. It doesn’t try to disguise itself as anything more than what it is—a fast, intense arcade experience built around movement, shooting, and survival, all set to a pulsing electronic soundtrack. The gameplay revolves around navigating small, enclosed arenas while fending off waves of robotic enemies that attack from all directions. Movement and aiming are handled simultaneously, requiring players to constantly reposition while maintaining control of their attacks. This creates a gameplay loop that is both simple to understand and demanding to execute. Success depends on maintaining awareness of the entire arena, reacting quickly to incoming threats, and choosing the right moments to engage or evade. The inclusion of multiple weapon types adds some variety, allowing players to approach combat differently d…

JASEM throws you straight into relentless, high-speed combat. With its vibrant low-poly visuals and pulsating electronic soundtrack, the game offers an adrenaline-fueled experience. The absence of a storyline keeps the focus entirely on gameplay, challenging players with its unforgiving difficulty and chaotic physics. It's a pure arcade shooter that rewards quick reflexes and persistence. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, action-packed game, JASEM delivers just that.
