The UI needs some serious polishing. The second tutorial either isn't setup correctly or is explained well enough to complete. In it's current state, i can't recommend it. For the previous reason and that there seems to be some performance issues.

This game is broken AF. I tried to play the tutorial, but it never explains anything, and when it tells you that you have to do something, it simply doesn't work. At some point, the game tells you that you can see certain information somewhere(???), but it never tells you where you can find that information. Than it tells you that you to upgrade something, and after looking everywhere, and finally just pressing buttons, I found out that by "upgrading", they actually meant "repairing". Than the tutorial proceeds to tell you that "Now you see a certain display" as if some display was supposed to pop up or something, I had no idea what it was talking about, and I still don't know what I was supposed to see there. Than I was supposed to send soldiers to a frontline and the guide enthousiastically told me I was winning because the arrows were pointing to the directions of the enemy, whereas they were only pointing towards myself, and I was losing, but by some divine intervention, I ended up winning after all. I learned nothing from the tutorial, it only confused the hell out of me. If the tutorial is this broken, than the game is too. Don't waste your money.

ENOUGH WITH THE FIRE BELL!

80% of the game is fire management and repairing buildings...

I can see a decent game hiding in here, but it very much is not worth playing in its current state. To expand on that, the game is best compared to ANNO, Tropico, Patrician, and Victoria 3 on its various layers of gameplay, with a scale and actual strategic gameplay layer that I haven't seen in a similar game of this scale. Where the game really begins to fail however is the fact that its city builder aspect appears not to have had the devs playtest it for any extended amount of time. After about 4 hours and one map somewhat developed I began to experience the game hang for seconds at a time any time the environment transitioned between day/night. Along with that I would also experience these hangs any time I tried to access the global/strategic map to try and interact with my armies. Which is something I really didn't expect on my machine. Getting to the more important gameplay issue; the devs had the bright idea for fires to happen no matter what, with fire stations only slowing the buildup down marginally. Your entire city will be on fire constantly. There is an annoying noise that informs you that it is happening, and you have to manually fix EVERYTHING that even has a whif…

I think this game is pretty good and an interesting concept. Though it does need alot more work and a heap of improvements.
