I see this game having potential to be a decent rhythm game of sorts. But sadly, that is not the case. Keyboard Killers is just a keyboard spam game, where you smash 17 different keys according to what appears on the screen. If you let the meteors hit the ship in the centre, or press the wrong key then it's gg. It's a very basic click-reaction game here. The menu consists of poorly stretched text buttons, and questionable grammar errors. The graphics aren't any better either. It's either also poorly stretched which results in lower resolution, or ery randomly placed like the dragon icon that pop ups when you win/lose. Idk how a fantasy creature like that makes any sense in a space themed game. The BGM is at least decent, but it's hard to tell if that determines when the round ends. The music is also repetitive, and is the same across all levels. Keyboard Killers is honestly just a cheap mini-game on Steam. Even for a free game, I wouldn't play it again.9 found this helpful
Nice game
Keyboard Killers, developed by Heaven Brotherhood and published by Heaven Brotherhood and GrabTheGames, is a compact indie experiment that turns a familiar everyday skill—typing—into a high-pressure arcade challenge. It doesn’t try to disguise its simplicity; instead, it leans into it, building an experience that is immediate, demanding, and relentlessly focused on reflex and precision. What begins as a straightforward concept quickly evolves into something far more intense, as the game pushes players to react faster and more accurately than they might expect from such a minimal setup. At its core, the gameplay revolves around defending your position from incoming threats by pressing the correct keys associated with each target. The mechanics are easy to grasp within seconds, but the difficulty ramps up quickly, transforming the experience into a test of speed and muscle memory. As more inputs are required in shorter intervals, the game starts to feel less like a traditional typing exercise and more like a rhythm-based survival challenge. Success depends on how quickly your hands can respond without hesitation, and even small mistakes can break your flow and lead to failure. What…
its ass...
