All you need to do is kill the pills. Shoot your way to a new high score while collecting powerups to shake things up.
Kill Pill is a simple arena shooter game where you shoot pills that randomly spawn around the map. There are six types of powerups you can get: speed (red), jump (blue), automatic firing (green), collateral damage (purple), shotgun (orange), and freezing time (white). Two modes are in the game. Classic mode only has red pills which run toward you. Arcade mode has 4 types of pills: red ones, orange ones which split in two when you shoot them, blue ones which jump with you, and green ones which are faster than you. Each kill is one point added to your score. High scores are saved between each session. How high can you go?

"Kill Pill" a basic tech demo, a laughable attempt to make a first person survival shooter. The developer, refreshingly, didn't steal a bunch of other people's assets to make an asset flip, and decided not to bother with graphics at all, so this is just a bunch of primitive polygons shaped like capsules (not pills) that you shoot at. That's it... completely pointless. Reading the fake/joke reviews mocking the game for how bad it is constitutes a more amusing experience than actually trying to play this trash. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody play…
