Passtime game, simulation, city construction, 2D adventure. Prince Edward is desperate, his father the King is absent from the castle and a mysterious magical power has destroyed houses, shops and artisans' workshops. But unfortunately the prince is not used to work, he grew up spoiled by his servants and has always spent his time resting and having fun. What to do now? He understands that the time has come to get busy rebuilding the Kingdom with the help of Desmon, Megan, Blaise, Kelly, Ella, Professor Feeble and other friends it will bring everything back to its old splendor! So let's help him find resources, materials, money to build houses, shops and laboratories. Interesting system for building cities: we are given the basic materials that we must assemble and we form other useful objects, plants, animals. There are 43 chapters, in each level we have to complete 3 easy missions. Each chapter will add houses, shops and craft workshops. The money will be collected by the subjects, completing tasks or through chests that appear regularly on the map, we must look for them. The graphics are very nice with this cartoon style, the music is pleasant to listen to. I recommend it, …

Very relaxing. If you wanted to play Mobile merge games but without any microtransactions involved then this is for you. A single payment and only merge gameplay for hours. Right now saving in cloud is not working so its a bit of a hassle to copy saves from one device to the other ..hope they fix it soon.

This game has smooth play, cute visuals, and good dialogue. But I can't recommend it due to one issue that has been repeatedly brought up in the discussions and been ignored. On the merge board, they have the "hint" hand that suggests a move, but it goes off if you pause clicking for more than a second or two, so scanning the board to plan your next move isn't an option unless you want the disembodied hand bossing you around. There is a settings toggle to turn it off but it doesn't work.

Wish this had achievements. I like this game. It looks to be a freemium mobile game that they changed their mind on at released a pay once version. Either case, it scratches that merge game itch quite well without any micro-transactions.

Kingdoms: Merge & Build, developed and published by Cherrypick Games, is a casual merge-based builder that wraps a familiar puzzle loop inside a light restoration narrative. It doesn’t try to reinvent the genre; instead, it focuses on making the core cycle smooth, readable, and low-friction, letting players steadily rebuild a broken realm through item combination and task completion. The result is an experience that feels welcoming and easy to sink into, especially for players who prefer relaxed progression over demanding systems. At its heart is a straightforward merging grid where identical items are combined to create higher-tier materials. Early on, the game delivers quick, satisfying upgrades—tools become resources, resources become construction parts, and those parts feed directly into rebuilding structures around the map. Quests from townsfolk provide direction and a steady stream of goals, so the loop rarely feels aimless: merge to fulfill requests, earn rewards, expand the kingdom, and unlock new chains. This clarity is one of the game’s strengths, keeping momentum high during the opening hours. A notable design choice is how it avoids the harsher gating typical of many …
