Join a unique roster of characters in this fast paced, “2 in 1 Fighter” experience. Featuring hand-drawn assets in a stylized world, the game consists of three base modes.

Story Mode:
Ryzon, a merciless space tyrant, has taken advantage of the Dragon Amulet. Your mission is to prevent impending chaos and contain the power the amulet possesses. Play as Arcane Spectrum, Cyber Primate, and more in this thrilling adventure.
Arcade Mode:
Classic 1 on 1 fights where you are free to transform into a unique secondary fighter. Unlock skins, maps, and points to build your rank.
Versus Mode:
Play against the computer or friends to build your rank further. Master all techniques and weapons through local multiplayer battles.
*Nightmare Mode and Online Multiplayer coming soon.

Click the video above to see some of the gameplay, mechanic and hear my thoughts on the game. Kokoro Ultimate is a 3D fighter that puts you in the shoes of the main protagonist, Arcane Spectrum, as he tries to retrieve an amulet of power from the games antagonist Ryzon and his goons. The game features a story mode that will unfold all the twist and turns of the plot so I don’t want to give any spoilers here but there’s a lot going on; so make sure you dive into that right away. The game labels itself as a “3D fighter” but I would put it more into the category of a action/beat’um up. While the presentation/format of the game is traditional fighter, i.e. two characters facing off against each other in arena, health bars, etc. The controls of the game are more akin to Streets of Rage than Street Fighter. You have your standard attack options (high/low angles) along with grabs and the ability to brandish weapons that you see in all fighters; along with the ability to string combos together both on ground and in air. Y’know, whenever I make reviews like this, I have them longer and more in depth. However, I am going to keep this review as short as possible while hopefully trying to give a detailed honest opinion. Presentation While looking very closely at the presentation of Kokoro Ultimate I had some mixed thoughts on one hand, I like the voice acting and the art style as I think it fits well with what OMAGX Studios/Chadrick was trying to accomplish here. (FYI, the character design for the ninja character almost reminded me of Batman). However, I have some gripes with both the cutscene animations and the lighting a bit. I mean, the cutscene animations are fine for the most part, but I saw some instances where the characters would have the models clip into different parts of their bodies or they would sometimes clip into the ground. I get that OMAGX must have been given a tight deadline by their publishers, but I feel like a little bit of effort could have made the animation errors a bit less noticeable. The lighting is also fine, but I warn those who have sensitive eyes to be cautious while looking at the cutscenes a bit. Maybe it’s just me, but I am not so sure. To be honest, I did not min…
