About Landmine Princess

Yes! 32 Endings. It's a dating Sim so the endings range from a happy marriage to heartbreakingly humiliating.Who in their right mind would want to date a girl like Mina? A lot more than they'd like to admit. How is this different from other dating sims? The writing is likely 100% better and more realistic. The music is always better than it needs to be. The solo dev's heart has been in a lot of places...This is one of those games made late night. This is a dating simThis game showcases the mind of Mina, a troubled landmine girl who is desperate to find love. She fears loneliness, yet detests most of society as she always felt alone in her heart. Friends and relationships were either conditional, rocky, or troubled with bad-timing or conflicting desires. You're a nameless player who asked her out. She's giving you 5 dates to win her heart.Images and Words are mostly what you will experience, but there is a nice signature Jeistar soundtrack accompanying it. Mina is also voiced by Luxmain, and each ending of the 32 endings have their own unique outcome. It's a dialogue heavy game for those who like a quick, good read. The overall structure is a mixture of rogue and chance. There are actually 32 dates total, but each playthrough gives you 5. A lot of replay value. You can take it fast or slow. No really. You wanna speedrun a playthrough under 2 minutes by rapidly clicking away? Be my guest. There are 64 achievements based on endings.Mina has lots of outfits, reactions, and things to say! Just like a real girl! AND if you screw up, she will hurt you. Unlike other dating sims where you can hurt or manipulate the girl, THIS TIME, THE GIRL CAN HURT YOU!She doesn't want drama, yet creates it. She wants loyalty, yet teases you. She adores commitment, yet vividly remembers past lovers. She embodies a lot of ourselves when we feel anxious, lost, or wanting to be a child again. Where loves feels magical and can heal anything. Whether it be our hearts or past trauma. Basically, she's a character with a lot of lore and Lore Drops! And you need to do is listen and pick the appropriate answers to boost your stats with her. Will she change? Probably, but it depends on how you are with her. She's a very interesting character, and even if you hate her, you want to know what she says next.Landmine Princess is fully aware of actual dating vs Dating Sims. There are stats up on your screen that tells you how you're doing. As each date progresses, those stats change. But you're not going to care about the stats, because your eyes need to be on Mina.Every date with Mina is a series of discussions in between date activities. At the end of each activity, Mina asks you a question. They can be dumb. They can be relationship-defining. They will change your stats. You don't have to worry about inventory. Gifts come and go. You don't have to check logs. You just have to live in the moment and deal with serious questions that defy how you see yourself, Mina, and the future. This is is a dating sim that cuts through the nerd BS and gives you serious questions you'll likely run into in a real dating scenario. This is a game about dating in the 21st century...sorta.Actually no.I want to say it's about love. But I'm a solo developer, and I just live a different life. And I probably see love differently.I always saw love as this childlike wonder thing that washes everything away. But the real world doesn't work like that. But then there is that feeling that maybe love like that is real when you meet someone you like. But I guess if you're pessimistic, cynical, or have a massive hate-boner for spirituality, you'd simply interpret it as a change of behavior and some chemical reactions in the brain based on the context of our childhood, past experiences, etc.PS: As I'll update the game throughout its lifetime. Reach out to me in discord if you have any concerns, etc.UPDATE 06/05/25: Thank you all for your overwhelmingly positive reviews! it means a lot! I added eight more dating scenarios, bringing the total to 40. I will be updating this periodically! So please buy it and support me :)Featured on Vice

Trash game, could hardly withstand a few minutes without being bored and cringed, options sucked, ui sucked, the models look like they were ripped straight out of a cringy edgy vr chat role play.4 found this helpful
it's alright. i like the aesthetic of it but the ui is awkward, as if there wasn't much effort put into it. i can't really tell if the game was written too well because while the heroine herself is pretty detailed the conversations never truly flow and there's not a lot of actual dialogue and the scenes are incredibly short. so you know, get the game to support a small creator but i don't think i would buy another game from the dev unless the quality is pushed up a ton in terms of writing, i haven't completed the game but from what i have played i'm not expecting anything much better.2 found this helpful
Want to skip the entire dating sim market as a genre!? Just about every conversation feels like a gacha, one moment politely cute to deeply concerning :) This out of all of their works is the best so far, dating sims as a formula are well established so they are ripe to be made fun of and rightly so. Not exactly gonna rub one out as the description suggests but it does have a wry sense of voice that is very appealing, it's like you can feel the same thoughts and emotions that the developer is pulling from as you read. Quality stuff even if unrefined. It would be an oversimplification to call this a yandere game in the strict sense, it has the quality of a neurotic obsessive girlfriend that knows they are what they are and doesn't care. Which is a sort of crazy confidence that is admirable if not a little delulu, though it makes for great humour. Most certainly something that you don't want to play in public unless you are a gentleman, even then expect some poor attempts at eroticism. Honestly some of the more casual dialogue is a lot more sensual then the actual explicit content. If you had a friend who's had some trouble with relationships in the past this will be a bitter a…1 found this helpful
Game was kinda odd but I get what the dev was going for. Nailed the relationships being complicated thing. Can't say I can recommend it though. I did appreciate the "wtf are you even talking about" responses to some choices. If you're looking for a conventional type of VN or Dating Sim you're not gonna find it here.
THE ART STYLE, THE JIRAI KEI COORDS, THE BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE AND INCREDIBLE MUSIC......I WILL STOP AT NOTHING UNTIL THIS INDIE GETS THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES, WILL BE MAKING AN APPEARENCE IN MY SWORKERS IN VIDEO GAMES ARTICLE SERIES.
The vibe of this game if i were to described it as MX-deftones
