Story
In this world, you are the only man. A mysterious epidemic has struck, leaving all men but the protagonist dead.
Save humanity with a pregnancy harem. The battle does not end until every being in this world is pregnant.
The protagonist, awakened from cryosleep, is guided by Nina from the Bits organization and asked to engage in sexual activities in a harem. To save humanity, the protagonist must impregnate many women; it is the only way left.
Game
The game is a simple clicker game, but the more you click, the more efficient the impregnation becomes.For example, you can purchase a pregnancy factory to increase efficiency, or the protagonist can mutate into tentacles to impregnate on a large scale... There are plenty of variations to enjoy impregnating.
It comes with a simple touching feature; you can click on the females and enjoy their reactions. Rapid clicking increases the voltage gauge, and when the gauge reaches MAX, you can finish (ejaculate) and impregnate the female.
There are a total of 4 heroines. Each belongs to the human, elf, oni (demon), and dwarf races, and each one has two types of appearances prepared.

Have you ever heard of an Anime called World's End Harem? The game plot is literally the exact same premise. You are one of the limited males, tasked with repopulating the earth. The gameplay is: Cookie Clicker + Moving scenes. I technically finished the game, even though there's no achievements. Unlocking all the scenes, getting to the final maid dialogue. I only bought this game because of first appearances, did not think it would be only cookie clicker. IMO not a game I'd keep playing (because it's just a clicker game) Was expecting a management game, checking on women you've impregnated. More visual and hands on, not a distant one click means impregnated woman. IF you like clicker games with these easy to access 3D cutscenes, sure this game is probably for you.4 found this helpful

this game is somewhat of a disappointment. the theme of this game is that you are the only man left on this world due to a mysterious disease, so you should have access to countless girls. but in reality, you are doing only 4 girls and 3 of them are not even human. it feels incomplete as only 2 of the 4 have story introductions. this is a idle incremental clicker game so there is not much replayability. the last achievement is neigh impossible to get because it is so high.(what do you mean by birthing 10 quadrillion babies.)
