✦ AI summary
Players praise the game's charming hand-drawn art style, creative food-themed design, diverse enemies and weapon combinations that keep gameplay fresh, and genuinely challenging bosses compared to similar roguelikes. However, complaints center on poor balance between characters, unfair difficulty spikes, performance issues, and a confusing UI, with many expressing concern that the game appears abandoned after over a year without updates despite its potential.
No updates in over a year. Was promising but seems abandoned.2 found this helpful
This game is phenomenal I hope the dev finishes the game but I would say this game is better than most vampire survivors, First off all the enemies are different which freshens up the gameplay every round unlike other games. All the weapons seem different in their own way and it is just incredible all the Combinations you can make. The bosses feel like actual bosses and are incredible and challenging. If you are looking for a well made game. This is it.1 found this helpful
its a good game it really is but unless you like getting screwed over by stupidly difficult gameplay, poorly balanced characters, bosses with immunity phases and just bullet hell yeah this is the game for you but as i said its a good game and i hope they balance it and add more content1 found this helpful
Charming and fun with some cool different takes on the gameplay. Still has some performance and graphical issues, but the dev is working on them.1 found this helpful
I tried cooking, but I think I burned the food. Good game tho1 found this helpful
Great hand-drawn style Roguelike that's easy to understand, with good player onboarding via the tutorial. Played for around 30 minutes so far and made it to Level 10, unfortunately being defeated by Couch Potato (Oh yeah, the game is riddled with food related puns, bonus) If I had to be picky, I'd say the only gripe was that the UI felt very overwhelming and a little confusing initially, but it only takes 10-15 mins to get familiar with it.
