Life Tastes Like Cardboard

Couldn't play the game myself because it won't load past the first loading screen, but I still managed to experience the game through a youtube video. 100% recommended

i really like this game, and there's a lot to like about it id said. i think my favorite thing about this game is how slow everything is. from the walk speed, to the various long hall/pathways and dialogue. everything takes a very long time to do, and i grew to love that aspect as i played (especially around chapter 8 to the end). also ollie is cool and olive garden is mentioned a couple of times and i like that :) i only recommend this game if you're in it for the long run

Fascinating autobiographical dream journal type of game. I love this genre of Yume Nikki inspired abstract journeys into the psyche of the protagonist. In this case, there's no RPG elements or horror chase sequences, just walking and experiencing an abstract but deeply personal world. At times, it feels like the game is actively fighting back against you, trying to make you stop from seeing the rest of it, but figuring out how to progress in these sections has its own appeal. This is the type of game that should appear on the lower levels of those indie RPG horror icebergs as a hidden gem recommendation with a scary dolphin man picture besides it to show the depths you need to dive to to appreciate it. I'll make sure to recommend it to fellow fans of the genre.
