✦ AI summary

Players appreciate the improved graphics and generally positive storyline, but note that the sequel feels like a step backward in challenge and content compared to the first game. The puzzles are overly simplistic with minimal danger, the gameplay is shorter, and despite some new mechanics like improved climbing and inventory systems, the overall experience feels repetitive and somewhat lackluster. Most agree the game is decent but recommend waiting for a sale given its price point.

The graphics are better than the first game (which is to be expected), other than that? It is lackluster in comparison. The puzzles are incredibly simple, there is no risk of death at all whereas the first game had several dangers, the gameplay itself was even shorter than the already short playthrough of the first title. A bit disappointed with this one.

Простенький геймплей, но в сюжет игры заложен интересный посыл. Рекомендую.

Great well done game. A bit repetitive at times, but most of that type of games have such moments.

Im currently having power/internet issues due to a thunderstorm, it says (for me atleast as of writing this) that ive only played for 11 minutes which is not true, i started playing at 5:27 and its now 8:08 so thats atleast 3 hours according to my achievements. anyways, my review: I returned to and finished Lifeless Planet a few weeks ago on my switch after around 4 years or something like that and decided to give the sequel a try. I think Lifeless Moon is better when it comes to graphics and gameplay (which im using a bit loosey goosey considering the only new additions were climbing ladders, better jetpack and inventory system as seen in the trailers) but narratively, Lifeless Planet is better when it comes to telling the story. Id usually read any docs or logs that got put into the PDA in the first game but it never got piled ontop of me, and even when it did, they simply had voiceovers for some of the docs which was easier on my sanity. But in Lifeless Moon Im constantly picking up notes like every 5 minutes and the majority of them contained so much exposition that I just gave up on actually reading them. I do kind of miss the actual danger the first game's environment p…

I quite liked this one, even more so than the first game. This time around the story is tighter, the maps more linear. While the platforming is much the same as the first game, there is a-lot less of it. While pretty old school graphics wise it still manages to display some visually striking scenes. I got this together in a bundle with the devs first game lifeless planet, and i enjoyed them both, but i would wait for a sale, they are a tad overpriced IMHO. Ran fine, no crashes.
