This is completely unrealistic and annoying that the furniture and items I don't even use decay. I was not able to ever stop repairing anymore while playing. Every time I was done with any item a new one popped up and allthough I did not even use my computer, because I was too busy with repairs it decayed. I stopped playing this game, because of this really annoying mechanic. What a bad idea to code it like that, it ruins the whole game! You need to understand that this game gives you very few time each day to go working, eat, shower and sleep and if you want to learn any new skill it needs time that you will only have if you don't cook for yourself, don't go shopping in a supermarket before and do not even go meet people for a social life asides. If you then need to constantly also repair the few items in your apartment you will really start hating this game! I am done with it, it is complete garbage! And I never called any game garbage yet!

It's Okay. It needs to slow down in terms of life speed or be grindy. If it's both you don't have time to do either and get married etc, and it because it all happens so quickly you don't really care. I give it a solid meh

Little Lives, developed and published by Houndstooth Games, is a grounded life simulation that focuses on the gradual process of building a routine, shaping personal goals, and navigating the small but meaningful decisions that define everyday living. Set in the modest town of Littleton, the game places you in control of a customizable character starting from relatively humble beginnings, with no grand narrative pushing you forward—only the systems of daily life and the choices you make within them. It’s a design that deliberately avoids spectacle, instead emphasizing steady progression and personal direction. The core of the experience revolves around time management and prioritization. Each day presents a limited window in which you must decide how to allocate your energy—whether to focus on earning money, improving skills, maintaining your character’s well-being, or investing in social connections. There is no single “correct” way to play, and the game encourages you to define success on your own terms. You might pursue a stable career path, dedicate time to education, or simply explore different aspects of the town at your own pace. This flexibility is one of the game’s strong…

fun little game, but VERY brutal and slow moving especially at the beginning, really wish they would add steam workshop support, or even just allow modding the game in an easier way.

A small game with lots to do, it took me 18 hours to complete all of the achievements but i didn't start out with that intention so you could probably do it faster, slightly buggy but never unplayable. Overall I would recommend this game to a friend.
