Lost Wish: In the desperate world is a 2D side-scrolling metroidvania platformer. Go on a journey with a young girl, overcome all obstacles on her path and uncover secrets of this dark world!
Kana may look like a pure and innocent girl, but don't be fooled by her appearance. She is led by the desire of revenge. Even if she has recovered from her past, she still wants to follow her way.Kana asks Alice to help her to find somebody, who betrayed her in past. But will she stop after that? How the poor girl will affect this cruel world? Will she ever find her lost wish?

Most of the story concepts of this game are connected to characters, their feelings and desires. Kana is a girl who was stabbed in the back a lot of times, Alice is a girl, who is too kind for this cruel world, Do... Oh no, it would be a spoiler :)
After 3 years of development, the game is finally on Steam! I am really happy to launch my first game. The original idea was to make a visual novel (lol), but in the process the story became shorter and it even changed the whole genre! I really like platformers like this one, so I tried to make a game that fits my likings the best. Hope you'll like it!What Steam players say

Very good for someone's first game. The only piece of criticism I have is the english translation is just terrible. Next time you should try and find a translator, hell some people would probably do it for free.11 found this helpful
The English translation has some mistakes in certain phrases - e.g. "the table tuned" instead of "the tables have turned", but seems to be simple and I had no issues understanding character speech. So not the best, but absolutely passable. My issue is with the keyboard controls: if you want to jump higher you need to keep pressing space, holding it down won't do a thing. And for some reason pressing Esc while trying to go from the inventory screen will take you back to the main menu without the opportunity to save the game. I like the story twist with vampires and people with animal ears fearing humans rather than humans being afraid of vampires, but the inventory misresponse and some unkillable enemies don't make this a fun experience.6 found this helpful

This is an okay action game. There are several different directions you can go in and you have to find levers to unlock doors. I found myself wandering around quite a bit not being able to figure out where to go next.2 found this helpful
budget momodora, yes, its pretty good. i will return. dont listen to the mixed reviews this is more of a 75% game truthfully. and im sure it woulda been better if it had even some of the support it deserved
5/10. Decide how much you like simple metroidvanias. Being able to modify 5 keys in settings.ini is a plus. Weak graphics. My main gripe: height and reach of jumping is uneven, sometimes it works, too many times not. Same enemies. Touch escape twice in inventory: get kicked to Menu, losing progress since last save. No mouse, my usual fix : (As in any game, use free glovepie.exe, run it, paste the 2 lines below, click on "Run": Now you can use the mouse: Key.S = Mouse.LeftButton // Claw attack Key.A = Mouse.RightButton // Magic Note: S and A are the game default for attack and magic. You could use any other keys that work. Also assign any key to Key."anykey" = Mouse.MiddleButton. And I linked most fixed unchangeable keys to the ones I always use. ) Didn't finish, did the castle, and back to the forest, but got tired of failed jumps. Maybe I'll insist in the future. Used cheat engine (wouldn't have progressed as far as I did without it): Everything is Value Type Double. Initial health 26.0000
