Love Limit

Very cute game. Whimsical but thoughtful writing. I rather enjoyed how unpredictable some of the endings were. It also makes reaching one of the true endings all the more meaningful.

This game is so cute and funny and charming yall.... POV your little sister sets you up on a blind date but your blind date turns out to be an alien conqueror who is late to your date since he's invading earth... It's just an absolutely outrageous (and hilarious) premise but also is just a really sweet love story??? Egen the things you say... *tucks hair behind ear* He and Nerie play off of each other in the best ways by helping each other learn how to love and care for themselves ueee THEM!! The side characters are also super fun!! Nerie and Lynne have a fun sisterly bond with their teasing and more wholesome moments too, plus Lynne's energy helps propel the plot forward. The ending where Andelle vaporized you for pushing his buttons is the funniest and Nabo smiling is the cutest. I also very much adored the b plot of Andelle getting a hopeless crush on Lynne lolll so cute!! I tried to get all the endings but uhh couldn't figure one out so maybe I'll try again later?? But I did love just how many (silly) endings there were! The first one I got was where I doomed the earth and that one was my favorite... Just kidding! Played this game during Fall in Love 2026 and had a blast. Art is unique, characters are weird, some endings come out of left field. Im planning to play again to see as many endings as possible!

Love Limit was HILARIOUS! Somehow, we chose one of the options that led to a short end, but even with a short time spent with the game, every turn was a laugh. The graphics, music and interface all worked together to make it a pleasant and memorable experience. I'm curious how the longer version of the story will go once I embark on it! Love Limit is a cute little game that I found surprisingly enjoyable. It is built around a simple idea of trying to manage relationships and keep the affection levels of the characters under control. The presentation makes it look quite harmless at first, but there is more going on once I start paying attention to how the different characters react to my choices. I liked that the game keeps the idea simple while still giving me things to think about. The main gameplay revolves around interacting with the characters and making choices that affect their feelings toward me. I have to pay attention to how my actions change the relationship because pushing things too far can create problems. I enjoyed this because I could not simply choose whatever sounded nicest every time. I had to think about what each character wanted and how my decisions might affect the situation later. I also liked the way the game turns affection into something I have to manage rather than just a simple friendship meter. Reading this as part of the Fall in Love VN Festival 2026. ✔️ Tested on Steam Deck, it works fine (01/09/2026). 'A' button to advance text and touchscreen for menu and choices. I really liked how casual and unserious most of the conversations are in this VN, it makes the whole thing feel pretty fresh. Actually some of the meme endings got a big laugh out of me. Also, the (maybe intended?) old-school text adventure reference with the escape room was a really nice touch.
