About LSD: Dream Emulator Retro
LSD: Retro Dream Emulator is a surrealist first-person adventure/walking simulator game about dreams, featuring* trippy, psychedelic visuals* challenging platforms* experimental cosmic horror elements* and last but not least, an overarching feeling of NEVER knowing what to expect. It explores the idea of a mind losing its grasp with reality, as reality turns into a dream, and that dream turns into a nightmare. It has an off-kilter tone that can shift from overly chill to downright scary. Often it resembles an acid trip, or an interactive fever dream.A Retro game influenced by the original LSD: Dream Emulator from PSX and cosmic horror. Immerse yourself in a dreamy and psychedelic world through low poly environments and liminal spaces. The game contains gameplay with lots of dreamy scenarios, even more freaky visuals, deconstructed urban landscapes and/or dreamscapes, existential angst, and a bit of horror.Explore your deepest thoughts in this game that challenges your mind, between dreams and reality.Inspired by the art of artists like Moebius, H.P. Lovecraft, Alejandro Jodorowsky, H.R. Giger, and more.A TOTAL experience.

Eu comprei pensando que ia jogar o original mas pelo visto não é, é mais fácil baixar um emulador de ps1 e jogar, simplesmente não dá nem pra passar do tutorial por falta de configuração do jogo3 found this helpful

Not worth it, I should've read the reviews. No ultrawide support. Game has no settings menu and a ridiculously high default sensitivity. I had to lower my mouse dpi to 400 to have a playable sensitivity but of course this resulted in cursor stuttering (camera moves in large gaps instead of a smooth pan). This makes the REQUIRED parkour very difficult along with the fact that if you let go of a movement key while in the air you will instantly lose all momentum. So if you are used to source movement you will be incredibly frustrated and will not adjust easily. The parkour is unskippable. I bought this game expecting a walking simulator where I can look at cool digital art. It does have cool digital art I'll give it that, but when you've been staring at the same stage and skybox for 50+ attempts on the stupid parkour it gets old. I did not complete this game and obviously didn't get close to finding the achievement. I guarantee it's not worth it and I'm glad I got out in time to get a refund. Music is cool although one of the songs I encountered early in the game was a corny white guy rapping the most cliche white rapper ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. THIS GAME IS NOT PLAYABLE WHILE ON LSD!
