Play as the demonic son of Satan unleashing supernatural chaos across a sprawling hospital and town in this twisted sandbox where you craft elaborate traps and decide the fates of over 100 victims. Lucius II lets you embrace the role of the villain with dark humor, movie references, and a deep combination system that rewards creative kills in fully explorable environments.
He had taken the weak and punished the wicked. He had looked through their souls and found the true selves they had been hiding.
Lucius is taken to the psychiatric ward of St. Benedict’s Hospital by unsuspecting caretakers. The Book of Revelation predicts the birth of a child that would end up ruling the world with an iron rod. The first part of this prophecy has been fulfilled. It is time to take care of the rest. Whispers of a prophecy find their way to the boy's ears. Lucius decides to act again to regain his powers. But little does he know of his new adversaries...

This feels more like a fan made game rather than an original sequel. 3 years apart from the previous (already mid) one and somehow manages to underperform in all aspects. Avoid this one.1 found this helpful
Somehow even worse than the first game, which is already a piece of ♥♥♥♥. Terrible writing, horrendous controls and the whole thing is riddled with bugs and poor optimization. Not a single thing here works properly. Story is an even bigger drivel, although now at least they decided to go for more of a sandbox and you’re mostly actually able to choose who you kill and how you do it. Eventually, you find the couple quickest methods and just do those. Mindcontrol is too broken, you just open the elevators and chuck every person down there. Only positive is that all of the achievements are gettable in a single playthough so you don’t have to torture yourself with playing it multiple times. And luckily there’s no 40 hour playtime achievement.1 found this helpful
