All in all I would say it should get you in the mood as it will spice up your imagination! I'm recommending it because there aren't many like it and it's ok for some hours of innocent fun.. ^^ The music and sound effects fit the game well and there aren't any problems with the dialogues or other kind of bugs. The game is okay for the low sale price, no complaints about that. Do hope the dev keeps updating things TO IMPROVE the game. Right now the girls appearance are decent but not much in way of variety. They always look alike with few difference in makeup or clothing color but limited in looks. They usually have the same outfits but with slight colors changes and different names. The sex scenes animations are pretty good but lack any kind of finishing shots. Also some sex positions you unlock are 3rd person and other in a POV viewpoint. No way to change views that I've discovered. As soon as you end the sex scenes, it just kicks you back to the one main room. Not sure the purpose of the advertising function, because the girls look the same. Some have a little more makeup and are slightly prettier, overall just very repetitive. Thought this was an extended version based on the "Hot Therapy" game, (check that one out) but not really. IN the end there is no reason to keep playing once you've unlocked all the sex poses. The English translation is terrible. WTH is Footlying? The [Tab] menu is terrible ... no idea what it does. No funds shown in the Inventory page. The Masseur MC looks more like a gorilla than a professional massage therapist. Overall it looks more like a demo than a game. I will refund it until it improves.
