My playtime is 26 minutes and I played through the prologue and Chapter 1. That is what is on offer for almost $8. I read through almost all the story page collectables as well. This plays like an early access unfinished indie demo. I have played free game demos longer and better than this.2 found this helpful
https://youtu.be/YMRwLe2Tqow Been waiting a while for this to come out since I played the demo. Absolutely loved it so far. You manage to get some answers to some questions you have over the prologue and the first chapter but there is still a huge amount of mysteries that keep you looking forward to the next chapters. Can't wait for more and I definitely recommend trying it out. If you want to see some game play you can check out my play through above.2 found this helpful
Atmospheric yet very short experience. There are currently a prologue and chapter 1, both can be finished in less than an hour. The good news is that chapter 2 is coming free of charge once it’s ready. Story is presented through notes found in a couple of amazingly detailed locations with low-poly art. If you don’t take the time to read you won’t understand anything. Both locations are filled with objects that add to the overall mood. Unfortunately, the rare objects you can interact with do not offer anything in terms of gameplay. You can only pick them up and examine them before returning them to their spot. Each chapter's objective is to look about for something—typically a key—that will unlock a way forward. There are no puzzles or hidden items. Although the game comes with a horror tag, there are no scary parts. The only uncomfortable sensation could arise while using a flashlight to explore locations.1 found this helpful
I decided to try this game because it looks like it wasn't "completed" until Sept. 2024 when Chapter 2 came out and it looked like not a single person in the reviews played it to complete the game. Everyone gave up on it and only a few Youtubers played it for their feeds. I felt compelled to go through the entire game to see if the game and ending made sense. It was a confusing ending. I understand what happened to your family, yourself and what the Redstack corp was all about. It just didn't end with a completed ending about yourself in my opinion. I'm also still scratching my head about the RATS virus.
This game is abysmal... the entire game is one of the driest and most dull things that I've ever played. It looks and feels like a Robolox game that they ported over to Steam to make some quick cash. I only played through the Prologue and Chapter 1... I turned it off before Chapter 2 even started because my brain just couldn't take anymore mind numbing before it went into full comatose.
Short but Sweet. Felt like it could've done more.
