Marble Race

This games local multiplayer just does not work no matter how many times I have fixed the controls

Genuinely an amazing game, I used to play it on my iPhone in 2015 when I was bored, and the PC version is even better! We have a level editor, a massive steam workshop, a (still) strong community, and yeah! This is why marble race is epic. (also its a tribute to marble madness and hamsterball!) The only downside is the colors campaign, I mean, we got an update with some of the most fire music in existence but still... the brown chapter is HARDER then the last level in terms of speedrunning, and some chapters only have 2 or 1 levels... yeah. But its still one of my first games I ever played so its epic!

This review is written after I've completed the built-in color stages. Yes, the base game is that quick to beat. Excluding secrets and such. If you are expecting for something similar to the OG game, I wouldn't recommend it. Aesthetics wise, it's fine. No rats, whatever. But... It doesn't even have the black tar or the Odd Race mechanics. The music is also lacking. However, this game does have a stage editor. Perhaps those things I mentioned above are available there. But that's all for my review.

This game is one of the most disappointing games I've ever played. It needs to be tested before thrown out into the world. Half the gimmicks are too overpowered and/or just throw you off the map completely, the R button does not reset checkpoints as promised and the levels spike in difficulty ridiculously quick. Not fun for anyone looking for a casual play, the sounds are really annoying after hearing it 10 times, and the music is driving me insane. If you're one of those blokes that spend hours sweating on games like Elden Ring, this is for you. Other than that, do not waste your money.

My son loves this games! by far his favorite game, thank you so much for developing it.
