About Meganoid
Survival is not guaranteed. Are you up for the challenge?

Step into the ever-evolving corridors of Meganoid, a high-stakes platformer where each session reshapes the world beneath your feet. Every playthrough delivers a new, procedurally generated labyrinth filled with relentless security drones, deadly traps, and secrets waiting to be unearthed. Adapt your strategy as you scavenge for powerful gadgets—jetpacks, anti-gravity boots, and even hacking tools that let you bend the ship’s defenses to your will.

Do you charge forward, narrowly dodging death to reach the exit, or do you linger, risking everything to claim hidden treasures? The deeper you go, the greater the rewards—but also the deadlier the opposition. In true Meganoid fashion, every failure is a lesson, and only the determined will reach the ship’s mysterious depths.
Are you ready to survive the Meganoid?

What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the challenging platformer gameplay and replay value, comparing it favorably to classic titles like Metroid and Mega Man, though some note it's relatively short. However, common complaints center on the Spelunky-like design lacking meaningful progression, invasive email popup requests, repetitive reskins of the developer's previous games, and unclear pixel graphics that don't match the game's demanding requirements.
Very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Spelunky clone with invasive pop ups. "Oooh, sorry for the pop up but gimme your email address so I can spam you". What's this, 1998? This title quite honestly feels like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ flash game made in early 2010s. I'd definitely ask for a refund if I was eligible for one.21 found this helpful
A reskin of their other games at this rate, not even tweaked right.5 found this helpful
Another OrangePixel game, like all of them, that would've been great however ruins itself the same way their others did which is the Atari 2600-like game play; no progression system and no one ever really gets very far unless they're Billy Mitchell3 found this helpful

nice game , graphics are like pixels , i run beefy setup but still the graphics are not that clear, otherwise challenging game and lots of replay value Must buy if you love challenging game. 5 stars.
A very fun platformer, reminds me of metroid and megaman, kind of a short game in general but well worth it.
