Mik - Legacy

A short game where we explore an abandoned steampunk world featuring brutalist environments. It is a prototype for a future project called Mik and lasts 15 minutes. I enjoyed the mysterious atmosphere, the low-poly visuals, and the enjoyable parkour gameplay.

It is really promising, hope to get even more of the atmosphere, vibes and lore in the final project! I will definetely try it, I love setting with mega structures and Portal-like narrative

I'm sorry but i can't reccomend this game at the moment because all i get is random noises and a black screen and nothing else

9/10. This game is awesome. It only took me maybe 50 minutes to beat (if that) but it was an extremely memorable playthrough. This is an older version of the game (as stated by the developer) but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable. Mostly down to it's atmosphere. The visuals, art direction, and music all hit that itch that's hard to explain but if you love this aesthetic, then you'll love the game. The parkour is fun too although a little janky, especially with it's momentum and hitboxes but it's a fun system that clearly just needs touching up (which I expect in the full game later this year) The lore is pretty interesting too. There's not a ton there but the little excerpts I got from stuff like notes, computer screens, door screens, etc. all built up for a really interesting story to be hidden underneath the exploration which is the main attraction.

This game has great vibes! The controls aren't perfect (walls are sticky, crouching makes you slide around a bit randomly), but the game is well designed and makes you want to discover more in a more complete version. I can't wait for the “new” version!
