Cute, fun, and relaxing. Puzzle solutions are not obvious immediately. I quite like the design and the way it teaches mechanics to the player. I believe the target is someone who wants a quick, not too hard puzzle game, or someone that starts their journey in the puzzle genre. It is a bit too short to justify the full price, though. I haven't encountered any bugs or performance issues.
This is a fun little game for GMTK viewers mainly. It does pretty much what it says without anything standing out too much either way. The story is very shallow, almost expected a twist at the end but it never came. The mechanics are simple and easy to use. Puzzles are intuitive and I didn't get stuck on many of them for long.
Overall it's a charming puzzle platformer. I got this game in a bundle and probably only spent around $3, if i were to have paid the full price I would have been extremely dissapointed by how short and how easy and fast a lot of levels could be completed, be sure to only purchase on a sale.
cool
Pretty solid puzzle platformer. It's short and never gets terribly challenging, but that can still be enjoyable if you're looking for a laid back title that you can marathon in one sitting. The vast majority of puzzles hit a sweet spot of being mildly challenging without ever getting you hard stuck like can happen in harder puzzle games like Baba and The Witness. Definitely not going to satisfy diehard fans of the genre, but that can be perfect for anyone wanting an experience that gives them dopamine injections. You hit small bumps in the road, but you're never far off from cracking the solution and moving on. While I do have pretty positive feelings on the game, it is still admittedly short at only 2-3 hours. There's some director's commentary to boost the playtime if you like Mark Brown's content and want to hear more from him, but most people are probably going to pass on that. I suppose if the value doesn't seem great, it's still worth grabbing on sale. Also, if you ask me, there's arguably an appeal in playing a game like this front to back; it makes it something you can actually play instead of leaving it to rot in your backlog.
The cutscenes are far too long, the puzzles are easy and if you make a mistake in the platforming you may have to restart the entire puzzle.
