Welcome to the virtual gallery where you can explore the highlands, its architecture, discover works of art, collectibles, interact with a third-person character, and adjust the time of day. This project is an exploration on Secondary Bounce journey, and we are excited to have Shir Pakman as our special guest visual artist and immersed in the music of Javier Jaime.
Deeply entwined with the exploration of the subconscious and the unleashing of imagination through provocative imagery. The artworks evoke a dream-like ambiance, showcasing mystical scenes and imaginary landscapes that explore themes like personal transformation, alchemy, and esoteric knowledge seeking. The art encapsulates philosophical and spiritual ideas, striving to create a bridge between art and nature. The sculptures on display, with their organic and abstract shapes, mirror a deep fascination with natural beauty and the allure of various materials. Employing stone, metal, and wood, the creator’s vision is vividly brought to life.

Mutus Meteora is a Ground-breaking fusion of art and gaming, offering an innovative experience where you explore an art gallery as though immersed in Top Down perspective. This project aims to bridge the perceived gap between these two domains, introducing Artists as creators and gamers as users to the world of fine digital art galleries with an engaging, playful twist. Mutus Meteora is a zen like walking sim and art gallery experience. Your mysterious character walks around the exhibit viewing pieces of art, which get recorded in your collection. These can then be viewed separately. The images are only 2D pictures however and there is no description or interesting commentary associated with them, which was a shame. I got more enjoyment actually looking at the artwork whilst in game, so they really only serve as an indication of what you have and haven't seen. Most of the time they are next to the art, but there are a few that can be hidden within the exhibit. Every museum I have visited prohibits you from touching the exhibits, discouraging children from climbing all over them and damaging them. The bonus of a virtual gallery is that you can do what you want, so feel free to walk up them, knock them over on occasion, and explore to your heart's content. Instead of being a game, Mutus Meteora is a software application that presents a poorly made art exhibition, mostly seen from above. And, even worse, the purpose of the "exhibition" is to get you to go buy NFT's and participate in a garbage blockchain marketplace... cancer. We get this non-game shovelware on Steam whenever your usual Starbucks barista/McDonalds frycook art school dropout finally gets a restraining order from the local art galleries so turns to Steam Direct to try get their art published somewhere so they can finally dream of moving out of their parents basement. It's true that games can be art... art is where the pinnacles of craftsmanship and quality meet vision and narrative to create an experience far greater than the sum of the parts. Real games like Life is Strange and The Last of Us accomplish this perfectly. This, on the other hand, isn't a game at all, and the craftsmanship and narrative are terrible.
