a beautiful game with abhorrent design. if this was a video series or short film, i'd have enjoyed it far, far more. most of the difficultly in the puzzles comes from trying to find where anything is, but once you find the pieces it's just a matter of the square peg going into the square hole. personally, i do not think that is a good way to design puzzles. edit: after beating the alternate route, i must say this game is not only horribly designed, but utterly exhausting to play; i've never felt this tired after beating a game.

A cautious recommend. Dont get me wrong this game is a solid 6/10, however there's one main problem that this game REALLY suffers from: Unintuitiveness. Its VERY easy to get lost/disoriented if you go off the beaten path way. The puzzles start to drag around mid-late game and if you dont have gaming sense for this genre, you are going to be stuck on them for hours (God help you when you get to those piece of #### water puzzles). and this next ones a personal gripe of mine, but periodically you'll come across a doorway that'll take new location, these are know as "portals". ordinarily these are harmless, as they are used to seamlessly travel from one area to the next, but issue arises when they used for the occasional puzzle, as there are ZERO visual indicator that they're there, and you wont know they're there until you walk through an unsuspecting corridor and end up teleported to the other side if the room. no spoilers but theres an especially egregious one in one of the puzzles late game. So yeah, good game. looks great, runs great. the gameplay begins strong, but starts getting obnoxious as it goes on. Play this if you have patience

First time i played was on Nintendo Switch 1. with 6h+ And now again: Im really impressed by the illusions and the game play. Animations were designed with heart & time. Its still my fav game when it comes to puzzle adventures. a tonn of love to the hole Studio. You made agreat work and finding a port to steam made me really happy. For other players: The game is difficult and you need your time. No rush, no spoilers. You need to play with your ears and in the moment

Its a very weird experience, but a very fascinating one too. Really makes you think outside, inside, and all the sides of the box, since your in what's almost a 4th dimensional world filled with tons of tesseracts. I personally don't smoke weed, but I'd assume playing this while on a trip would be either be terrifying or hilarious. 8/10

very good game
