About Nefasto's Misadventure: Meeting Noeroze

A Point'n Click adventure in the central unit of your computer.
Nefasto is a game data fighting the evilness of apples. His very bad arcade game is the only place he's ever known. The appalling work of the developers triggers a bug that shatters his world. While the System purges his game and fails, Nefasto manages to escape.
A countdown starts. The corrupted code that follows Nefasto is now compromising your system! A crash is imminent with no way of fixing it... he is trapped in your computer, armed with his sarcasm and his trusty bad drawn can!

A zany race against the clock!

We're counting on you to find a solution and save the day!

You don't have much time to get rid of Nefasto before the fateful crash. Your mission? To guide him through a strange and unusual new world, while solving the convoluted problems he encounters... or, quite often, creates!
Helped(?) by the natives, each more eccentric than the other. Some won't shy away with long-winded conversations, cutscenes, useless quests and more things to waste the little time you have. Be careful when skipping though!
Many routes will lead you to the elimination of the problematic game data to save your computer. Of course, Nefasto would prefer a solution that would keep him alive... But, between us, that's not mandatory.

 • Guide Nefasto in a unique universe where nobody believes that a fourth wall even exists.
 • Colorful characters with their own way of getting in the way of Nefasto.
 • A group of beings called Bytes, ready to share their Binary Powers, if they are in the right mood.
 • Hard-working bosses busy corrupting the system and hurting Nefasto!
 • Puzzles to solve and obstacles to overcome, with the help of items, or Binary Powers. Or a walkthrough. Or a Let's play, You do you!
 • Lots and lots and lots of dialogs to test your attention, patience and time management.
 • An adventure full of twists and turns! You will be -checks notes- amazed!
 • Multiple endings with lots of happy ones, depending on who you ask!
 • You can jump!... Just pretend you don't know at first. So you can humor the one who gives you the tutorial.
 • The game can be played with a mouse, or, in the case you’re scared of mice, a gamepad.
 • 55 Steam achievements!... But no cake.
 • A perfectly normal Point & Click. You point, you click, and stuff happens.

TLDR : awesome meta nerd humour filled "point 'n click" controller based game. Completely ruined by a single godawful idea : mandatory speedrun / arbitrary time limit. ----------------------------------------------------- Blah blah : You may think the TLDR sounds fake, far too awful a combination. But it's not only true, it's much worse than that. They penalize you for experimenting. Try out various silly stuff? Get time penalties / deductions. And I mean BIG penalites. You therefore think "oh OK, it's just going to be a fake / joke game over then", but no. It is a REAL game over. You DO lose 25+ minutes of progress / have to redo it all over again. The game also LOCKS OUT the save function whenever you have < 30min remaining. I have no idea would though that would be fun, but they do not belong in game design. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Personal Verdict : 0/10 shame, I really thought this was going to be a true hidden gem. An 8+/10 experience that most people missed because it flew so far under the radar. It got a proper, big IRL laugh out of me within the first 5 minutes. But no. It…
